What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect your name, email address, preferred platform, any optional comments or ideas you choose to share, the time you consented and the time of your registration.
Why we use it
We use these details only to share meaningful LANtern product updates, invite suitable people to testing, understand platform demand, consider product feedback and administer the early-access list.
Spam prevention
We temporarily process a one-way hash derived from your network address to limit automated or repeated submissions. The original address is not stored, and old anti-spam records are routinely removed.
Website analytics
We measure page visits without advertising cookies. We store the page viewed, date, referring website, approximate country and a one-way visitor identifier that changes each day. Raw network addresses are not stored, known automated visitors are excluded where possible, browser Do Not Track requests are respected, and analytics records are removed after 180 days.
Email delivery
We use Resend as an email delivery provider to send registration alerts and privacy-friendly analytics summaries to LANtern. This means submitted contact details, comments and summary figures may be processed by Resend solely to deliver those messages.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your details. They are stored in LANtern’s private signup database and retained while the early-access programme remains relevant, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We share data only with service providers needed to operate this website and its email notifications.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your registration, or opt out of future messages at any time by emailing info@lanternnetwork.app.
